BKK stands as a prominent manufacturer of premium fishing hooks, boasting a rich history that dates back to 1956. The tale begins in a modest workshop situated in the bustling port of Poyanghu Lake, China, where a 16-year-old boy meticulously crafted his inaugural fishing hook. Little did he anticipate that this humble creation would mark the inception of a thriving family enterprise. Over the course of six generations, the Zhang family painstakingly transformed the diminutive workshop into a state-of-the-art, large-scale factory, complete with cutting-edge equipment.

Throughout its evolution, the company has diligently upheld its ancestral traditions, enhancing production techniques and leveraging advanced technologies and materials. Intriguingly, the original workshop, where the very first BKK hook was painstakingly fashioned, still stands today, proudly displaying its age-old sign that reads, ‘we make all kinds of fishing hooks’.

Presently, BKK owns a factory that employs approximately 600 individuals and maintains offices in Japan and Shanghai. The company has established a robust network of dealers across various nations.

All materials and equipment used in production are imported from Japan, ensuring that the hooks adhere to the most stringent quality standards. This commitment to excellence has been recognised through numerous accolades garnered at esteemed international exhibitions.

BKK's catalogue encompasses an extensive array of single, offset, and triple hooks, along with jig heads and top-notch accessories tailored for diverse fishing methods.
